Can we retain all of our deleted files on a Dropbox for Business plan?

New member | Level 2

Currently on dropbox business you have a 180 day history of all deleted files.

Is there an option that allows us to retain all deleted files?

Hello @marktan, welcome to our Community!

While it's true that your version history depends on the type of the Dropbox account you use, Dropbox Business teams can now purchase an Extended Version History (EVH) add-on that allows them to recover any file deleted or changed in the last 10 years.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions!
