Cannot open secured pdf online document

When I click on the blurred version of the pdf to open it I am asked to enter my email address and password then I get an error message that reads " says Error! Receiver email & password do not match". I do not see anywhere to reset my password.

Hey there @jscott, as I'm not sure how this relates to Dropbox, could you let me know where are you seeing this exactly or post a screenshot so that I can get a visual of the matter at hand too?
