Clients receiving blurry pictures

I am new to dropbox, so I am unfamiliar with how it works. But I am sending pictures to some of my clients and they have a slight blur on all of the pictures. Even facebook has better quality than what they are receiving. Thanks!

Hey @crimsonmane, kindly note that Dropbox doesn’t alter your files in any way, however I’m wondering if you’ve noticed this discrepancy when previewing your files on our website. If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d appreciate two side-by-side screenshots (omitting personal info) of how these files appear locally on your device vs our website, as it would point us towards the best next steps; please include it in your next message if possible. Alternatively, would you mind clarifying if I’m missing anything along the way?
