I'm no longer able to see comments on a shared dropbox file in both Chrome or Internet Explorer. Yesterday I was still able to see them through Internet Explorer, but not today.
There's no grey arrow, in the upper-right corner, to see if comments might have accidentally been hidden or not.
I've already tried shutting down my computer.
Any other trouble-shooting help is appreciated - as I need to confirm these comments and actions have been accomplished for this shared file! Thank you.

Hey there @Scleveland27,
Can you try opening an incognito/private window and try viewing the file comments again? Also, you can try clearing the browser's cache to see if that will do the trick.
If the above don't seem to help, I'd suggest checking that your web browsers are up to date and running one of the latest 2 versions of the browser.
Let me know how it goes - Cheers!

Thanks for the quick reply, Daphne.
I've tried all three (viewed file incognito in chrome, cleared cache, and have confirmed web browsers are up-to-date Version 76.0.3809.100.) with no luck in seeing the comment section again.
Other ideas on what else can I do? This isn't the first time this has happened to me and I even have a new upgraded laptop.

Hey @Scleveland27,
Can you just check for me if you have the browser view zoomed in? From Chrome you can click the vertical "..." in the top right of the window and you'll see the zoom percentage there (the default is 100.
Also, can you let me know if this occurs for other files too or only this particular one?
Finally, would you mind sending me a screenshot of the page when viewing the file (excluding any personal info)?
Keep me posted - Thanks!
