Hello @Ray L.5!

An administrator can only see member folders and files that have not been shared with him, using the feature "sign in as a user" which is an Advanced Dropbox feature. So in your Standard team there is no way to see files if not shared with you, even if you are the admin.

However, if you decide to delete/offboard a member, the system will allow you to manage all their files and keep them if you wish. Read about this here.

If a user is a member of a shared folder and have selected in their settings to be notified for activity in shared folders (weekly digest), then they will get notified about changes in your folders.

Direct link to your notification settings online, here.

Let me know if you have more questions. I would love to answer all. nerd face

Cheers!
