Dropbox Professional Subscription - Showcase asks me to upgrade

Hello,

I just subscribed to Dropbox Professional yesterday, and while checking out the features, I clicked on Showcase. What a great idea! I went to play around and make my own, and found I do not have an option to "Create showcase," as described in the tutorial page:

https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/showcase/what-is-showcase

I only see an option to upgrade to Dropbox Professional (which I am already). See the image below.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi there, could you check the exact plan you have on this page?

Try also signing out of your account and then back in again to see if this helps.

I logged out and then in with no positive results. Screenshot of my plan.

Thanks for the info. What happens if you try to click on the button to upgrade to Dropbox Professional?

Do you get an error message? If so, could you attach a screenshot of that as well?

Jay,

I went to go and do that, and things changed! Create Showcase showed up this time after clicking showcase on the left.

Maybe something needed to update.
