Dropbox Showcases inactive, but no outstanding invoices

I am working late to update and add Showcases to my account, but now I see this message and all of my Showcases are blank: Showcases you’ve created can no longer be viewed. Restore access (link.)

 

When I click to restore access, it's an ad page for Showcase and a button that says "Get Started" and that takes me back to the original page with the error message above (endless loop.)

 

I thought maybe somehow my card didn't process a payment, but there are no outstanding invoices. Please help! We use Showcase every day for our business so I can't have it down for long.

I was able to locate your open request on our system which is being handled by a higher level of Support. Our team will continue troubleshooting for you via email with all of our tools as they are not available through this platform

I've got the exact same problem. Endless loop in creating a new Showcase. I also contacted cusomer support today, but they couldn't find a solution and forwareded it to a higher level. I also don't have any open invoices, in fact my pro-subscription won't expire till december and all other pro-features are available for me. I hope there will be a fix soon, since I realy need to create a new Showcase.

I ran a small search on my end and I was able to locate your open request on our system which is being handled by a higher level of Support.
