Dropbox is not responding

Today is Nov 13, 2019.  In the last 2 or 3 days, I'm unable to get into dropbox.  I see the My Drive page (which may just be a cached page), but when I select a folder, it just hangs.  I get no error message, the spinner just spins like its trying to load, and nothing.  A couple of times, after about 5 mins, I finally saw a list of Shared folders, but then when I select a folder within, the same thing happens (this may be a cached page as well?).  I tested our internet connection (speed test), looks good/great.  I'm only using 27GB of 100GB of space.  I did a windows update yesterday, and nothing changed, the same behavior continues.  Also, I tried to log in on a new incognito window, and when I enter my uid/pwd, and click Sign in, nothing happens; as if I didn't click.    I'm using the web dropbox version, not desktop, for a couple of years with no problems in the past.

Hey @elifkiral, thanks for checking in with us!

Since you've already tried an incognito window - great work for the initial troubleshooting - could you also let me know if you've tried signing into your Dropbox account:

  • From another browser?
  • After temporarily disabling any third party browser extensions or plugins?
  • After clearing your browser's cache?

Let me know what you find!
