Dropbox link not updating

I have a dropbox link created that i have sent to hundreds of people to download from. I need to be able to update it constantly, but all of the sudden when I add thigs to my dropbox folder, it doesnt update on the link! Does anyone have answers to this?? I have tried EVERYTHING: restarted my computer, signed out and back in to dropbox app and dropbox oline, checked my sharing options...PLEASE HELP! 

Creating a new link is NOT AN OPTION for me as I have already shared this link with hundreds of people.

Hey there @thehighdivers,
Firstly, you mentioned that you’re adding files to the Dropbox folder, are you referring to the desktop app Dropbox folder? If so, can you let me know the current sync status of your desktop app.
Also, if you go to your Dropbox account online, can you see these files that you added (not through the link)? Is it possible that they may have been added to the wrong location within your Dropbox account?
