Files are not syncing after merging accounts

A few weeks ago, I merged a business and personal account. Since that time, SYNCING will not complete -- yet there are no files I can find that are not yet synced on my Mac. Everything is updated. I've looked for specific issues with individual files. Below is a screenshot of the ongoing SYNC that won't complete. This has been like this for weeks. It doesn't seem to be a drain on my machine or to cause any other issues. It's just a bit annoying and much mean there is something not working. I've removed and re-added the dropbox from my machine. I've signed in and out. Nothing seems to work. Ideas?

Sorry to hear that, @MrMattAnderson. Please note that I’ve removed personal information included in your screenshot for security and privacy purposes. 
Moving on to your concern though, could you first run a bad file check to see if there are any incompatible characters? Could you also ensure that you can see the file in question online through the website?
If you’re still having trouble with this, please check if there are any third-party apps that could be blocking or hindering the syncing process, like an antivirus. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or security program or configure your firewall to work with Dropbox.
Also, could it be that you’re connected through a work network, by any chance? If you are, check with your company’s IT department, since there may be an update on your Firewall settings (or another additional security precaution placed) which could be affecting your connection. 
If this also comes to a dead-end, we’d have to move to email due to account-specific info that’ll be required so as to further troubleshoot (in which case I can contact you at the email address associated with your Forum profile).
