Hey there @OBJuan,

Can you click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar/system tray and let me know what the current sync status shows? If you don't see the Dropbox icon, you'll need to launch the application.

Have you added the files via the web browser or via the desktop app? 

Let me know and we'll go from there - Thanks!
