GNOME 3.28.2 Sync problem

Level 2

I´m having problems with dropbox app in my GNOME 3.28.2. It used to work fine, but lately it cannot connect to my dropbox account anymore. When I try to connect to the account I get an error: you can´t login because you are running an operational system that is not compatible.

How can I solve this issue?

Best regards,

Re: GNOME 3.28.2 Sync problem

Hi Fabrício.
As a first step, could you please check if you meet the requirements to run the desktop app on your computer by navigating to this link?
If you don’t meet the requirements listed above, you can still use the desktop app via the command line to sync your files, although sync icons and other features will not be available.
To use the desktop app via command line, please install the app from the Linux Install page and use the Linux Command Line Interface (CLI) to control the desktop app.
If you do meet the requirements, could you please send me a screenshot (omitting personal info) so as to have a better understanding of your concern?
Let me know how it goes!
