Hi!
I am having major problems with a shared folder from my client within Dropbox.
I have the Dropbox desktop app installed and it has worked perfectly until today it just doesnt work. The files that she has uploaded look like they are syncing into my Dropbox Desktop folder and they are visable in there, dropbox says that the sync is up to date but when i try to copy them out of that folder to my desktop to work on it i keep getting this error:
'Error 0x80070780: the file cannot be accessed by the system'
I've google this error and done the checks for the system and no bugs or problems have come up. I uninstalled the dropbox desktop app and reinstalled and that didn't work.
Any ideas what it could be or any advice would be appreciated because i'm at a loss now!
Thanks

Once you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon, you’ll see the syncing status(eg. Up-To-Date, Indexing &c). What does the message there read for you?
