How can I delete files since my computer is slowing down?

New member | Level 2

Due to using for many days, my laptop's memory has been full by the junk files, so the speed of my laptop became slow down. I tried to install the IOLO system mechanic to clean my laptop memory. But I couldn’t install that. What should I do now?

Re: computer slow down

Hey there @portia1, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

If you have a lot of files in your Dropbox folder that you don't need, you can remove them following these steps

If you have a lot of files on your hard drive in general, you'll have to look through the web for any other suggestions or third party apps that might help.

Hope this helps to some extent!
