How can I download files locally to my computer?

New member | Level 2

I am trying to submit a help request and am being asked to provide a "restoration link." I have no idea what that is, nor why I am being required to provide one. I simply want to download a file. The answer provided at the subject link doesn't answee the question.

Hey there @Craig J.1

Initially, it sounds like you’re trying to submit a ticket to our Support team, but specifically for a restorations matter, which is why it’s requesting you to provide a restorations link. You can find more info about this here

In any case, I’d be more than happy to help out with your download-related query here! grinning face with smiling eyes

If you want to download a file from the website, you can follow the steps below:
  • Sign in to the website
  • Navigate to the Files tab.
  • Locate and hover over the file in question.
  • Click on the ellipsis (…) that appears.
  • Select the Download option.
If you want to download more than one file under one location:
  • Sign in to the website
  • Navigate to the Files tab.
  • Mark the boxes that appear on the left side of the files with a tick.
  • Select the Download option.
If I’ve misunderstood your question, please don’t hesitate to give me a nudge. Cheers!

Hey there @miamidolfan

If you don’t see a download option when you click on the ellipsis (…) button or when you multi-select files, could you please try switching to another browser and ensuring that you’re not running any third party app browser extensions?

Could you also try incognito and, if all that fails, try clearing your cache? Maybe that will do the trick.

If you’re still having trouble with this though, please include a screenshot (without personal info) of what you’re seeing when you navigate to the website in your next reply.

Let me know how it goes!
