How can I remove someone that was added to a shared folder?

New member | Level 2

I want to delete just one manually added contact on a shared file with 21 other people.  How can I do that without deleting them all?  Thanks.

Hey there @amy19655,

From what I understand, you want to remove a single member from a shared file, is that right? To do this, you can follow these steps below:

  1. Navigate to the file from your Files page.
  2. Click the Share button to the right of the file name.
  3. Locate the person you want to remove from the shared file.
  4. Click the “Can …” to the right of their name and from the menu choose Remove.

Let me know how it goes - Thanks!
