How to get full screen display back

Dropbox on the iPad now shows Google Chrome on the right hand side and I cannot get rid of it. Do not suggest clicking across there is no such cross. Or double tapping the document you're trying to read. That does not work either šŸ˜ž

Thanks for the screenshot Colin!

It seems like you've enabled Split View on your iPad and I believe that's why you're getting this when trying to access our mobile app.

If that's the case indeed, you may want to turn it off or adjust the space each app takes up on your screen according to your needs.

Let me know how you get on!

Hi @Colin H.10; welcome to our Community and happy Friday!

Can you please forward me a screenshot of how this looks like on your end so I can get a visual of the matter at hand as well?

While we're at it, have you restarted your iPad lately? Does the issue persist if you do?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
