I can't open any of my Microsoft files

I have problems when I try to open a file, when I try to create a new file. It simply won't open any word, excel or powerpoints....

Welcome to the Dropbox Community!

As a first step, could you please let me know how you're trying to open these files? Is it with the desktop app, the mobile app, or through the website?

When you do attempt to access them, do you see any errors by any chance? A screenshot (without any personal info) illustrating what happens would also be very helpful. 

Any additional details would be very helpful. Thanks!
