I’m currently receiving an error when upload load via a file request link. Works fine on my iPad but not on 2 different iPhones. Error says “something went wrong. Please try sending your files again”
Thanks for checking that out for me, @adumbelluser.
Could you also try to request the desktop version of your mobile device's browser and see if that does the trick?
Let me know what you find!

1. I have an email sent to an inbox which includes a file request url.
2. As a recipient, I go into my Gmail app, and access that email.
3. I click on the embedded email link.
4. I access the File Request page where I'm prompted to "Choose Files"
5. I choose my file from my phone.
6. I'm prompted to put in my first name, last name, and email.
7. I click "Upload"
8 I receive this attached error
Thanks for the additional information and the screenshots @swongfb!
Could you let me know if you get the same error when you request the desktop mode of the browser you're using when accessing this file request?
To do this on iOS 13, once the mobile site loads up, tap on the ‘Aa’ button on the left side of the URL address bar and request the desktop website.
Let me know the results!

Desktop mode works. However, I need to make sure this works on mobile mode. Any ideas?
Glad to hear that @swongfb.
At this point, I'll need to ask if the problem persists after you've cleared your browsers' cache and with no extensions or plugins running.
Keep me posted!

That did it! It's kind of an odd solution. I wonder why this would have changed recently?
Thanks for the help!
Unfortunately that did not work. I cleared my Chrome History.
I tested on another iphone X device, but we received the same error.
