Hi there @Ajokeade, I hope you had a good weekend!

Does the issue appear to be only with this file? Are you able to play other MP3 files through Dropbox or on your device when downloaded?

Are you able to preview the file through the Dropbox website, or do you receive an error message there? If so, please send me a screenshot of this.

Also, can you let me know the size of the file that you have this issue with?

Finally, were you able to play this file previously?

Let me know - thanks!

Thanks for your response, this is the first time I am using dropbox. I am able to play other mp3 files on my device, it is only the ones from drop box that played but with no sound. I am able to preview the file. The biggest size is 496kb while the smallest is 48kb.

Thanks for getting back to me here @Ajokeade!

Is it safe to assume that you're referring to a mobile device rather than a computer?

To see if there's any difference in the behaviour, can you try previewing the files in Dropbox when connected to another WiFi network, and over cellular data?

If you're currently previewing through the mobile app, can you try through the Dropbox website (or vice versa)?

Keep me posted with your findings!
