I have some folders set to Online Only and they're still taking up space. Any ideas?

I did the smart sync thing and the folders showed the grey 'cloud' but information says they are still taking up 79G space.  Do I then delete the files?  Can I do this without losing the pictures?

Re: selective sync

Hey there @SRB1 - how are you today?

To begin with, what's the desktop app on your computer reporting at the moment? Is it showing 'Up to date' which would mean you're fully synced or is it still syncing the changes you applied?

More information

You can always look at the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and see if it is done syncing. When Dropbox is fully synced then you should see a tick followed by the words “Up to date” on the menu.

If you do not see this then can you please let me know what the exact message being displayed reads?

Moreover, if you see a grey cloud icon on your files, they mean that they're set to 'Online Only' and shouldn't take up space on your computer's hard drive. Therefore, if you're fully synced, could you send me a screenshot of where exactly you've spotted this discrepancy?

Thanks so much!
