I'm having trouble cancelling my subscription

I absolutely have been unable to cancel my subscription.  I have completely followed the instructions on different computers & there is NO cancel botton at the bottom of the plan page!!

Hi Beth, it depends on what plan you’re currently on. Could you let us know what you see on the Plan page at the top when it refers to what account you have?
 
If you’re on a Plus or Professional account, you can downgrade your plan here.
 
If you’re the team admin on Business, you can use this link.
 
Please note that you’ll need to follow the instructions on the next 3 pages to fully downgrade from the paid plan.
 
If it says Basic, then you’re on a free plan and there won’t be an option to cancel since there is no payment. If that’s the case, do you want to delete your account?

Hi @Colleen4, if you’re on a Plus account, you can downgrade your trial here.
 
If you’re the team admin on Business, you can use this link.
 
Please note that you’ll need to follow the instructions on the next 3 pages to fully downgrade from the trial.
 
If you’re no seeing these options, let me know what plan you see when logging into your account and visiting this page.

I am having the same issue....follow all prompts but no "cancel? button at the bottom of the page!!!!! Help!!!!

How did you subscribe in the first place; on the Dropbox website, or though a mobile app?

If you subscribed on the mobile app, then the Cancel link will not appear in your account details on the website. You need to manage your subscripton in the app store for your device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Hi @mombara@Trish22, if you made purchases or trial accounts via the mobile app, then you’ll need to contact iTunes or Google Play directly in order to cancel it from their side.
 
If you’re not seeing these options, then you’ll need to contact their support teams respectively.
