I'm missing versions of a file after 5/31/2019

New member | Level 2

I have a file, Hack Night Stats.xls and when I tried to open it, it was missing data. Further investigation showed that the date was 5/31/2019, so all my entries for June are gone. Is there any way to recover the changes I made in June?

Hey there @Anthony F.13,
Firstly, can you let me know if you were perhaps editing the file from your desktop Dropbox folder or via another method from this time?
If the edits were made via the desktop then can you let me know the current sync status of the desktop app? You can see this by clicking the Dropbox icon in your menu bar/system tray. Usually in this case the desktop app might not have been running and so wasn’t able to sync the changes to your account online.
Let me know what you find - Thanks!
