I'm trying to download files from the website but why is it so slow?

I' trying to access my files and download them via the website . Ive got a 100/100 fiber line . All websites including Google Drive is working fine , ONLY DROPBOX is extrmely slow . I cant get to download my files . It is either very slow , and stop downloading mid way . Please help ! I cant use the app becasue I aready have it installed for my work Dropbox

Hi there @slcapeppl, sorry to hear about that. 
As a first step, I’d recommend trying to download from a different browser and using incognito - maybe that will do the trick. 
In the meantime though, I was able to locate your ticket and have made sure to reply to you there. If you still experience this issue despite switching to another browser, please don’t hesitate to get back to me via email and I’d be more than happy to further look into it with you.
