I tried to create a new Business Folder but am getting an error that I don't have rights.

I upgraded to the Business Std Trial and used my personal account email.  All my personal files appeared in the Trial account and I could not log into my personal account.

I changed the business email address. I still can't access my personal account.

I tried a lost password but did not receive the reset email. I am able to access my personal account settings. 

I tried to create a new Business Folder but am getting an error that I do not have rights.

I use a Mac and am able to configure access for the Business account.

I had a share setup on my personal account that does not exist on the business account. 

I need to be able to share the contents of the folder before Monday morning.  

Does anyone know how to do this?

If you used your personal account to set up the business trial then your personal account no longer exists - it is the business one. So, password resets etc. wont work because there is no such account. 

You can alter settings in the Control Panel to allow sharing if you want as a temp measure until you can sort the rest out?
