I update a file in dropbox desktop version but it shows me an old version

On 2019/12/05 I updated a file but on 2019/12/06 I did not show the update that was made. Show an old October version

I'd be more than happy to help, I'll just need a bit more info to make sure I have a solid understanding of what you're seeing. For example:

  • Which version of the file do you see via the website? 
  • What does your Dropbox icon show that's next to your computer's clock when you click on it?
  • Is this file in a shared folder or in a regular/private folder?

Any additional info would be very helpful. Thanks!
