I uploaded a video but now I can't seem to download it. What can I do?

Hello i uploaded a video in dropbox & sent it to my email to have acces on the phone but the file wont download .

It says the video has to be more than 3 minutes but ive done before w some other videos and never had a problem . 

CAn someone please advice thanks slightly smiling face

Welcome to the Dropbox Community - I'd be more than happy to help. 

As a first step, could you please let me know if you've tried downloading any other file or video? Do you get the same behavior?

Could you also send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message?
