I've found several "solutions" for sorting by type, but none are working for me.
I want to see folders first. I've tried clicking name and ascending then modified to type, but it simply just sorts by the name regardless if the item is a folder or a doc or an image. I keep using the work around by using Mac's finder, but this is not efficient. Especially with the new "Spaces". We need options to work the best for each user.
Hi @TiffanyP15, thanks for reaching out to us on the Community!
Out of curiosity, do you get the same result when you shift the options around?
For example, what happens when you select the third collumn to be something else, like Size, and then toggle the Name collumn to be in an Ascending order? Do the folders get mixed in with files again?
Let me know what you find!

Nothing I do keeps folders together AND in alpha order unless I use my Mac finder. I really want to try out spaces but I don't want to be going back and forth.
I completely understand where you're coming from, @TiffanyP15.
I've sent you a ticket so that we can have a better look into this together. When you have the chance, check your inbox for my latest message and we'll take it from there.
