Hi there, are the files not appearing in the mobile app, or are you not able to preview them? Are you signed into the same account as the MacBook?

Any info you can provide would be great!

I have all my files synced on my business account and when I open Dropbox on my new iPad it shows all the files not the ones I checked off -very strange.

Thanks for the help Jay-I am signed in with same email.

Thanks for that. Could you clarify what you mean by ‘checked off’.

Are you referring to selective sync on the desktop machine, or some other feature?

Selective sync is only for desktop devices, and can’t be applied onto mobile devices, so you’ll see all the files on your Dropbox account.

However, since the mobile app is primarily to preview files, they won’t take up any space on your iPad, unless you choose to offline them or preview files.

Hope this helps to clarify matters!
