My folders do not sync between desktop laptop and mobile.

All my folders do not sync between desk top lap top and mobile. Used to do so but not anymore.

Sorry to hear you are no syncing across your devices @Lesley Y.1

Thanks for reaching out about this. 

We don't know which device is not uploading at the time. It could be all of them or just one.  An easy test to see where the issue lies, is as follows

Step 1. Check if the Dropbox application is running on your desktop.

Step 2. Reinstall your Dropbox mobile app. It's a really fast troubleshooting step, that always helps with all apps on your mobile and cannot affect your Dropbox files at all. 

Step 3. Upload a different, small test file from all your devices. Check on Dropbox.com to see if the test files reflect there. If there one of them is missing, we will know which device has the syncing issue. winking face
