My shared links aren't redirecting correctly, what can I do?

I use Dropbox to store my guidebooks for my vacation rental properties. I use it for multiple properties and am always having issues with just one of the properties with it. When a guest clicks on the link (via an Airbnb message from me), just doesn't take them to the file. It instead just takes them to an Airbnb page. I've tried creating a new folder and file in Dropbox but it doesn't fix the problem.

Any ideas?!?!?!

Thanks for joining us here @kcaz!

What you mentioned does indeed sound strange, let's try getting to the bottom of this.

First, can you try opening your shared link in an incognito window and let me know if this directs you to the correct page?

If this doesn't direct you to the Dropbox file, can you try deleting the existing link to the file and then create a new link. You can test out the link again with the suggestion above.
