No file in all folder on home computer but can see files on office computer and dropbox.com.

Explorer | Level 4

Suddenly I am not seeing few files not sync on my home folder.

I uninstall and reinstall dropbox, I unlink and link my home computer, I disable virus - nothing seems to help, now I can see all folder but no files in any of the folder on my home computer. I can see files and folder on dropbox.com and on my office computer.

Any suggestion how to solve this?

Hey @RP61, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

As a first step, could you please let me know if you have the latest stable version installed (83.4.152) by hovering over your Dropbox icon?

If you find that you're on the beta build (xx.3.xx) it means you’re on a beta build and you've opted in to Early Releases in your online account settings.

If you have the stable version, could you confirm what the status shows instead?

Since you're on the beta version of the desktop app, could you please try installing the latest stable version?

To do this, ensure that you've opted out of Include me in early releases option by:

  1. Logging in to Dropbox.com.
  2. Clicking on you account picture/avatar at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Going to Settings.
  4. From the General tab, scrolling down to the section titled Preferences.
  5. Ensuring that the box next to Include me in early releases isn't checked.
  6. Using this link to install the latest stable version of the desktop app.

Let me know how it goes!
