On renewal Quicken didn't reverted to a very old one.

New member | Level 2

Before renewal Dropbox rverted my subscription to my previous membership. I then successfully renewed, Dropbox acknowledged, and my laptop renewed as normal but my desktop renewed to a 2 year previous Quicken. I need help and would like to talk to a human.

Hi John, do you mean that your account downgraded, and then you upgraded it again?
If so, this shouldn’t affect the files on your account, since no files would be deleted. If you have lost files or has them reverted to a previous version, could you check to see if you can restore the older versions from the deleted files page?
