Refresh to update several times a day

Hello,

I have a folder which I am using offline as well. I update the folder throughout the day by adding/removing files or just renaming a couple of documents.

Is my offline folder while I am connected to the Internet not automatically updating the content? If not, why not? It shows me all the time to refresh to update which is very annoying. 

That being said, I even do it most of the time (through several clicks...) - bottom right in my app, account, manage offline files and then hit the top right refresh button. The icon spins but the yellow message still pops up asking for a refresh. I force quit the app on my iphone or ipad and i still see it.

Hey @dronecrasher, I appreciate the detailed description! 
 
As an initial point of reference, we advise ensuring that you’re working with the most Up-To-Date version of the mobile app (164.2.4) & you’ve installed all latest updates from iTunes. 
 
If you cross-check that & there isn’t anything out of the ordinary, I’d appreciate a screenshot (omitting personal info) showing me your current view; please include it in your next message if possible. 
 
Once you confirm those details with me, I’ll make sure to focus on that a bit closer. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for that, it’s been very helpful @dronecrasher!
 
Kindly note that 165.1.2 is our current Beta mobile version & the issue you’re facing could be surfacing, since this hasn’t been subjected to the same reliability, availability, and security testing as other Dropbox products. 
 
It would be worth seeing if you could replicate once you uninstall the beta version and revert to the regular Dropbox app, however this involves some decision-making along the way. 
 
I’d happily further discuss it if you have any additional thoughts or questions for me!
