Safely Deleting Shared Folders

New member | Level 2

I have a bunch of folders that have been shared with me. How do I know if I can safely remove those from my computer? I deleted a shared folder once, and it deleted the files from the creator's folder/computer.  I don't want to make that mistake again!

Re: Safely Deleting Shared Folders

Hey there, @temprasario
If you’d like to remove them from your computer, you can selectively sync them, removing them from your computer but not your account.
If you’d like to remove them from your account, you can either temporarily remove them (with the option to add the folder back) or completely remove your access
