Smart Sync Context Menu Missing (Windows 10)

Hi,

 

My boss just signed up for Dropbox Business for the use of Smart Sync. However the smart sync option when right clicking on Dropbox files is missing. He is using Windows 10. Online Only is the default option when he set up the account. Any idea how to get the menu option to appear?

Hey there @sunkast - thanks for posting your question here!

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues enabling Smart Sync - I'll try to help!

 

As a first step in this case, please make sure you have rebooted the computer in question (since you recently upgraded) and that our desktop application is actively running.  You can always look at the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (Windows)  to check its status - can you let me know what it reports at the moment?

May also be worth reinstalling just so all the right drivers are installed: www.dropbox.com/downloading
