Smart Sync not removing local files from Mac Harddrive

My harddrive is completely full to the point where I can't open my emails.

The main culprit for hogging all the space is Dropbox (for Business).

I've made all files online only and have allowed it to sync yet no space has been made.

I've restarted my computer a number of times to no avail,

You can find more info about our latest update regarding the OS not correctly recognizing the reduced file sizes on your Mac here
