There was an error downloading your file

New member | Level 2

Hi, I know this has been asked before but I can't find a solution. I have always been able to download files without issue but now I get the above error message. I have cleared cache, tried a different browser but nothing is working. Any advice?

Hey @Louisem_002, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this!

Just to rule out any browser extensions interfering with the download, can you try using an incognito/private browsing window to see if you still get the same error message?

If you're still getting the error, can you let me know what file type you're trying to download? Also, how large is the file?

Let me know how it goes - thanks!
