Trying to share file to client with phone/they are saying they need to pay for app to recieve?

I am trying to share audio files with a client who keeps getting msg that she needs to pay for app to recieve.  Have not had this problem with people downloading from computers. How can I solve this?

How are you sharing them?

If you're using a shared folder, and its content is larger than the amount of space available within her account, then she won't be able to accept the shared folder without first upgrading her account. The device type doesn't matter.

If you only need to provide her with download access, and she doesn't need to be able to add data into the folder, then send her a share link instead. That will allow her to access/download the content without the need for a Dropbox account.
