URGENT Share link used in blast dead after updating file

New member | Level 2

We created a dropbox link for a pdf file and after sending an email blast with that link, we had to update the pdf. After we updated the pdf, the link was changed, making the link in the blast dead. Is it possible to switch it back to the original link? Please advise as we need to fix this ASAP. Thank you.

Dropboxer

Hey there @johnnyreinfeld1 - that sounds strange!

Can you send me the shared link that was altered after updating the file it points to so I can investigate further?

If you could include how it looked like before and after editing the PDF file in question, that would be awesome.

Thanks in advance!
