Hey there - sorry to hear that!

As I'd like to have a more in-depth look into this, I just sent you a brief message to your Dropbox associated email address, thus creating a ticket for you with ID: 8998915.

When I try to add a user to a shared folder I get the error : User is banned

Did not have the same problem in the past. Thank you
