What are these files and why?

They seem to be empty. Can/ do I just delete them? I don't know what I did wrong or how to fix. TIA.

There a file you've added to Dropbox, but, they do not seem to have an extension on them (e.g. the period and three letters such as .pdf for a PDF file). So, you can delete them, but, I'd suggest checking your computer first to see what they actually are before you do as you'd not want to lose data
