Audio will not play on .mov file

Hi, 

I'm getting very frustrated as I keep uploading a 7 GB 11 minute long mov file onto Dropbox only to find the audio is lost when I try and play it from the upload. There was definitely audio on the original file saved on my desktop. I have uploaded a second slightly shorter film and that plays the audio fine.

Any advice will be appreciated. It is the same issue on mac, Windows, Safari, Chrome, IE etc. I can see this is an issue other people have had but there does not seem to be a solution.

Hi @Amandana1, thanks for reaching out to us here.

You've done great on the troubleshooting so far there, nice job!

Since you've tried using other web browsers and devices, can you please try using an incognito browsing window and let me know if there's any change in the behaviour. 

If not, please try clearing the browser cache and trying again to view the video.

Finally, if you download the file from your Dropbox account, does the video play with the audio?
