Why am I getting "Error 401" when trying to open a shared link?

Explorer | Level 4

My folder is public and anyone with the link can view my photo. But I'm getting this error when i view my photos in new incognito mode.

Error (410) Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropboxers have been notified.

It appears that the newest links created still works. but older links to older files are not working. Is dropbox changing these links? or the links expire?

Hey there @Jez19,

Can you please send a screenshot of the error message you are receiving when trying to open these shared links? Also, the older files that are linked, have they been moved to a new location perhaps?

Could you try delete the link for one of the old files and create a new one as a test to see if you receive the same error message.

Let me know what you find - Thanks!
