blank screen when logged in - files and support

When I sign in my files appear for a few seconds then dissapear and I get a blank screen; the same happens when i try to contact support meaning I cannot contact ayone for help.

Anyone out there that knows how to get round this?

Hi @neilwood975, I'd be more than happy to help out here!

I'd just like to clarify with you, it sounds like you're having this issue on the website, right?

If so, can you try the following to see if there's any difference in the behaviour you're seeing:

  • Clear the browser cache and try again.
  • Open Dropbox in an incognito/private browsing window.
  • Try using another web browser.
