changes made in shared folder are not seen by those folder is shared with?

Hey there @bbeckman,
I’ll need you to provide some more info for me here. Are you the one making the changes to the files that the others cannot see? Where are these edits being made, via the desktop folder, the website or mobile app?
If you are making edits via the desktop app, can you please let me know the current sync status? Any other info you believe to be relevant will be most helpful, including any screenshots (excluding any personal info) of error messages etc.
