when my partner leaves a comment on a document I cannot view/respond to the comment from my email or from dropbox. only place i can respond from is from my iphone. this was not this way until a couple of weeks ago.
Hey there @foundation - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you confirm that you've been either @mentioned in the file or you've commented on it?
Also, can you send me a couple of screenshots of the file that's showing this behavior?
I'll need one of how the file and its comments show on the mobile app and one from how the same file looks like on our website at https://www.dropbox.com.
If you could also try an incognito window and/or another browser with no extensions or plugins running (merely to exclude browser specific issues), that'd be great.
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

My partner and book keeper have had similiar issues.
it appears the app on the phone works fine.
so as i was going in to get you some screen shots it worked fine, odd. The only thing that changed is that i switched my mobile hotspot from my iphone to my wifes android phone. could that possibly have anything to do with the issue? me, my partner and the bookkeeper all have iphones....

It appears that reseting the network settings did not work. thoughts?
I'll need to have a better look into this with all of my tools at my disposal at this point @foundation.
