For a few days, I haven't been able to load the page https://www.dropbox.com/events in the browser. It just shows some placeholder "silhouettes" of events/history. Why?

Hey @Saturn, as a first step, could you please try out the following:
  • Try navigating to your events page from another browser and an incognito window.
  • Ensure that, when you’re using a regular browser, you don’t have any third party browser extensions running.
  • Clear the browser cache.
If the issue persists, could you please provide me with a screenshot (without personal info) of what you’re seeing?

Could you also confirm for me if you’ve tried accessing the events page through an incognito window and, if the issue persists, could you send me a screenshot (omitting sensitive info) of what you see?

I tried Private Window, and the result was pretty much the same as the one posted above. Maybe even worse - the top right corner items (avatar, bell icon, "Upgrade account" writing...) were also just silhouettes.

Did you by any chance maybe simply stop offering this events history page?

Thanks for the help. The page started working again last night, soon after my last reply, so I suppose the ticket won't be necessary.
