searching for items/keywords

I have the basic account.  I have tried numerous times to search a folder for specific words and have consistently been shown the no results found”, though the items are in several files in that folder. Only once was I rewarded with found items: When I used a word in the title of the file itself, that I was LOOKING at in the list as I typed.

What do I need to do to find items? Yes, I googled it, and even after following those directions a few times, nada...

Can you please check if you're seeing this issue upon searching your account's content through another browser

If you do, please provide some screenshots (preferably with some sample files for testing purposes) so I can have a visual too.

Can you please check if you're seeing this issue upon searching your account's content through another browser

I will shut down google chrome and try firefox. It's the only other browser I have.

If you do, please provide some screenshots (preferably with some sample files for testing purposes) so I can have a visual too. 

I have NO idea of how to take screenshots. I just hope I can get back here...

How did my suggestions work for you? Did you manage to resolve your concern in the end?
