Hi guys here is a completely different story. It all begins with I tried to install dropbox on my ubuntu today. The package installation is fine and complete but as you know dropbox needs to download deamon and it all happens in here. I got this error message. 
After a few search ( I literaly tried anything that I can) I got this post on ubuntu forums about tropbox 
Of Course it wouldn't stop me I tried the command that written this page yet I had no results. I figured the problem when I tried second installation metodh on dropbox webside
And I get this
(For those who can't speak Turkish I'll provide a translate; The local provider could not be authorized if you want to ignore the security issues please use "-no--check--certificate option") Well I tried that too didn't work at all.
I copied that link to the google chrome and link downloaded a tar.gz file as it should be but why the program couldn't do that please guys give me a hand thanks for reading this patiently
CRITICAL EDIT: THIS IS A VANILLIA UBUNTU INSTALLATION A FRESH ONE I USE NO PROXIES EVEN DNS IS STILL UNTOUCHED
